Great atmosphere and a very friendly, helpful waitress. Had our meal late on a Sunday afternoon by which time they had sadly sold out of the haggis fritters that I was so looking forward to trying. Ordered fish and chips instead but my husband and I both found them to be bland. And why, oh why do kitchen staff find it difficult to present a plate with no salad or tartare sauce when I ask for that? It seems to be a problem in so many restaurants! Would give them another try though as we really liked the place.
