About City Cafe Bar & Grill - Hilton
'Great Service, Good Value'
David Bar - 04/01/2015
Can not fault this place. The food was well cooked and nicely timed. The tables are nicely positioned to allow a more private dining experience and the location is just far enough from the City centre to avoid the over crowded feeling of other restaurants. As some other reveiwers have noted, the service is very attentive and polite but not in your face. It is good to see that this is something that is always practiced as it really makes a difference being served by kind staff with good manners. Overall a very satisfactory experience. I will be attending more in the summer as they have a lovely area outside overlooking the river.

We had a wonderful meal. Big portions, perfectly cooked, and lovely, warm and friendly staff who, although young, understood what it was to be interested and yet very natural. Very impressive all round.
