Well, not the most welcoming start being held at the front door by the doorman while they confirmed our booking! The atmosphere of the place was nice although this was quickly spoiled by the fire alarm going off and having to stand outside until the fire service came and gave us the all clear to go back in. Being sat beside the waiter's station wasn't the nicest either to be honest. However, the service was prompt and efficient and the quality of the food was also good. Having eaten in most of Glasgow's restaurants I was looking forward to visiting Rogana. It being somewhat of a Glasgow institution, sadly I found it very average.
