Ristorante Piccolo Mondo Review

  • Rating Rating 4.6/5
Got off to a shaky start as the Kir Royale listed in the offer details was not included. However an acceptable alternative was supplied without any fuss. The restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Wednesday, with a pleasant buzz. The service was excellent, every request being met with alacrity. Potted shrimps slightly disappointing as a bit over-salted for our taste. Everything else was very good, with the salmon, veal and risotto being particular highlights. We had a bottle of Sicilian Chardonnay that was delicious and excellent value. The Grand Tourist menu offer included a liqueur which was not offered but we did not need it anyway. We will definitely return and have already recommended the restaurant to friends.
