On arrival explained about booking, they advised it hadn't been paid for like we where criminals how ever you never pay while booking unless you select the deal of the day you buy it not book it, I had to then forward a email to them!! Still getting treated like we had done something wrong. Eventually we got seated after being questioned food was lovely very nice atmosphere. Then the bill arrived they had added the price for the prosecco onto the bill which was included in the deal! For the £15. We again directed them to the email we had to send them to even get seated in the first place which states this for him then to come back and added on a service charge which wasn't on the first bill!!! We questioned this as it didn't show on first bill but them appeared on the second and after being treated like we had didn't fancy paying for service which was horrific. Sad thing is I had been here a few times and loved it but this has scarred me and I will not be returning.
