Disappointing really from the outset. We were greeted with confusion when we gave our name and mentioned our 5pm booking, then the manager at the door shouted "3 5pms" across the restaurant a colleague, whereby we were seated and brought our stained 5pm menus and made to feel very 2nd class! The food is ok, but just ok. Bruschetta was small and drowned in balsamic making the bread soggy, the lasagne was mince/pasta with cheese on top, very dry with very little sauce or tomato taste, however the vanilla ice cream was pretty good for dessert. And £2.95 for a glass of coke, half of which was ice and it wasn't even bottled, it tasted like cheap draught cola. I wouldn't return on the basis of the soft drinks prices alone. On the plus side the girl that served us was very nice and pleasant, and we got a nice seat with a view of George Square, however the Celine Dion music being piped through the restaurant ruined the ambience somewhat!
