  The food was delicious and the service prompt. The restaurant was quiet when I had lunch so the ambiance was quiet, however this didn't detract from the very good lunch.

  Gamba soup starter was delicious, one of the tastiest fish soups I've ever had. Sole main was cooked to perfection. Passion fruit brûlée was perfectly balanced.

  My husband and I dined here for lunch on a rainy Saturday and we are so glad we chose Gamba. The food was sublime. The fish soup was so delicious that I would have happily had another bowl for my main course. My husband's mackerel pate was also delicious and packed full of taste. Our mains were equally tasty and the portions were ample for such a great price. The wine list was really interesting and I can't wait to return.

  We had a lovely evening last night at Gamba and although the restaurant was quiet, the atmosphere was lovely for our night out. We opted for a £50 for two, three course meal including a very nice bottle of wine, and although the choice was not extensive obviously, we felt we had enough choice. We would definitely go back and choose from their full menu as the staff were really attentive and made our night thoroughly enjoyable.
