Ate lunch last week with five colleagues and enjoyed it so much returned yesterday with my spouse. Fantastic service, fantastic value 3 course lunch (including glass of wine since we'd booked through 5 pm) and food very good indeed. Particularly enjoyed home made humous and tiramisu every bit as good as the cheesecake I had last week (i.e. excellent). Mussel linguini very good too and when the very pleasant server made a very wee mistake with my order she gave us an additional glass of wine on the house to make up for it. She also replaced house chardonnay for nicer sauvignon blanc and didn't charge the extra 50p.
As one of my colleagues said last week, its proximity to the Kings Theatre or indeed to Glasgow Film Theatre makes this a must for a meal before there. Shine out in very poor area for food. Almost all chains, eat all you like buffets and fast food.
Hope this new restaurant does as well as it deserves.
