We bought a 2 for £10 fajita deal and booked online. On arriving, the waitress had no knowledge of our booking and said there was a problem between the 2 sites. We got a table and ordered a starter. Waitress came back 10 mins later and said they were out of potato skins- it was 6.30pm- but could do potato wedges. Ok. When the main arrived we had 5 tortillas, not 6, and couldn't get the attention of any staff. When we finally got the bill we were told no cards accepted- this was never mentioned on 5pm or when we arrived. We didn't have the money- their solution - go to a cash point and come back. Really?? We spoke with the (new) manager and hopefully he's taken things on board. One member of staff running about while the other two just slope about is not good business.
