We were actually 10 minutes late for this booking and the kitchen had closed. This was entirely our fault but the manager gave us his card and told us to re-book for another evening and he would supply us with a bottle of wine. We booked the following weekend and he kept his promise, wonderful service considering it was our fault!
When we did actually make it the food was lovely and the service was good, we will be back even without the free wine.
