We enjoyed the restaurant deal of two courses and a bottle of wine for £35. The food was good and the service was efficient. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only one negative comment, about the dessert. We had clootie dumpling but how the chef managed to cut it so thin, we can only imagine that he used a cheese wire. We also could not eat the Drambuie custard as the alcohol drowned out any other taste.
I will return as overall food and service were very good.
