Exquisite 'Blu' menu early evening dinner. What does this restaurant have to do to get more diners in the door? The starters of cod ceviche, pea and mint soup and chicken roulade were all beautifully prepared and presented. Likewise mains of steamed salmon and braised pigs' cheeks with Stornoway black pudding. Really fine cooking in welcoming surroundings and terrific value, What a pity there were not more diners to enjoy it and enhance the ambiance. Even in a recession this is hard to understand,
