  Couldn't see why other reviewers praised the Brasserie as everything about it was pretty average. Soup was luke warm, 2 small pieces of bland haggis for starters and sea bass portions were on the small side.Only redeeming feature was desert which was generous in size.

  the food was average and the dining area was very cold, one girl sat with her coat on.

  The service was slow, and the soup starter for 2 people was cold and had to be returned, 2 cokes ordered arrived flat and had to be changed for bottled coke. The table was directly in front of the front entrance and every time the door opened there was a cold draught along with the fact that the door did'nt close properly and we had to constantly get up and shut it.The waitress did say she would keep an eye on it but like the clearing of the tables of glasses etc it never happened.

  The Brasserie on George Square never fails as always the service was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious.
