Mini Grill Review

  • Rating Wee little gem (Rating 4.6/5)
I recently booked a meal at bar petite for me and my mum for mother's day. As my mum is quite fussy, not really into fancy food I found the menu would cater for both my mum's taste buds and also mine! When arriving I was a little put off as I thought it just looked like a pub and it was really small (called bar petite for a reason). I would advise if going for food you would need to book a table in advance as it really is small. We ordered our food which was a starter and a main for (2 for about £7?) My mum had chicken noodle soup and I had tempura prawns with sweet chilli dip. The starters where lovely and didn't taste like they had just come out of a packet. For the mains my mum got penne carbonara and I got blackened cajun chicken with a patatas bravas and they where even more lovely than the starters. I would defo recommend this place for some classic pub grub with a twist, and the drinks are very reasonable too!
