Antipasti (City Centre) Review

  • Rating Cafe Antipasti - Best Deal in Glasgow? (Rating 4.2/5)
A 2-course lunch + a bottle of house wine for £20 for 2-people - A NO BRAINER! Friendly welcome to a lovely Italian restaurant and nice cosy table for 4 in the far corner. Staff were very friendly, attentive and efficient and the food an wine were lovely. The 5pm-Menu had an extensive and varied choice of dishes, all of which sounded lovely. Gnochi with pesto, Goat's Cheese Bruschetta (2) and Caeser Salad were the Starters for the day. A beautiful thin-crust Goat's Cheese pizza and three moist and tasty Chicken Breast/Pancetta and Sage Butter were scoffed merrily! The 2-bottles of white house wine finished off the food well. A couple of house Ice Creams, a delicious Chocolate Fudge Cake and a black coffee (extra cost) finished off a great meal and a great day out! The initial deal at £20 per-couple for a 2-course meal and a bottle of house wine was an absolute steal! Highly recommend!
