Meal was lovely (and portion sizes huge).
I have never ever been asked by waiting staff "Do you want change" when paying the bill. Surely the most customer friendly thing is to bring ALL the change back, and let the customer then decide what to leave as a tip? There was more change left than we perhaps would have tipped (ie, way way over 10%), but we felt too awkward and too put on the spot to say "Yes, we want change".
Seemed odd, and spoiled it a little.
