Amarone Glasgow Review

  • Rating Rating 4.4/5
Everyone at our table of 4 had an utterly delicious meal, choosing from the Valentines Day set menu. My hard-to-please partner even commented that it was possibly the best steak he has ever eaten! My own pasta main dish was superb - I'd love the recipe! My only, very minor, points on the not-so-positive side would be the corner table where I sat had a very bland view onto the wall and it felt slightly claustrophobic to me, facing the wall as I was - could a mirror not be positioned there to solve this? - and a less than speedy service, although that in itself did not bother us. It was just that we we were expecting to be finished within the stated 1.5 hours when actually it took 2 hourr all told (but I do stress this was not a problem for us). We will definitely be back.
