No oysters. Slow service. Tuna steak over cooked ( was not asked how we liked it served).
Had to pour our second and third glass of champagne ourselves .. Water bottle not replenished.
Poor selection of champagne's. Staff found it hard to SMILE.
I think a bit of silver service training would be a very good investment.
Now the good stuff. Ribeye tasted very good. Probably the best pork chop my wife has ever had in her life. The pear dessert looked and tasted 5 star. On balance it has the potential to aim to be one of best restaurants in Glasgow. Would I go back yes.
