The restaurant itself is compact and intimate. There were a few tables in use when we arrived around 6.30pm and the sole waiter looked to be rushed off his feet. We were quickly seated and shown the menu. We went for a 3 course with prosecco cocktail for £12. My wife and I were surprised how nice each course was for the price paid, its simply unbeatable value. I highly recommend the mushroom and blue cheese starter with the chicken in black pepper sauce as the main. The affacado dessert was the perfect dish to finish what amounted to a great meal. We paid £43 in total for 3 courses each, 2 glasses of prosecco cocktail, 1 large glass of red wine along with 2 fruit juices and the service charge - simply unbeatable value.
