Glasgow City Centre Restaurants

Vibrant, buzzing, and evolving at a dizzying pace, Glasgow City Centre restaurants are a microcosm of Scotland's largest city itself. Famous for its stunning Victorian architecture and its roguish humour, Glasgow has its finger firmly pressed on the pulse with new places to eat popping up on a regular basis, from stylish bistros to funky street food joints.

Glasgow is well known for its curries, having won the Curry Capital of Britain more than any other city in the UK, but you'll find a number of cuisines in the Glasgow's restaurants, including Italian, Scottish, Russian and Mongolian.

If you go here don't take the window seat - there was a cold draught. Don't expect large portions. We had been here some time ago but I had forgotten. The staff were very pleasant but the food was just adequate but reasonably priced.

We were looking forward to coming here, as the last time we tried to visit, it had been fully booked. Stunning interior, really impressive, the pictures didn't do it

Service and food were excellent - greeter at door, bar staff and waitresses were friendly and enthusiastic. Live music started at 9 o'clock and added to the atmosphere. Great night!
