Vibrant, buzzing, and evolving at a dizzying pace, Glasgow City Centre restaurants are a microcosm of Scotland's largest city itself. Famous for its stunning Victorian architecture and its roguish humour, Glasgow has its finger firmly pressed on the pulse with new places to eat popping up on a regular basis, from stylish bistros to funky street food joints.

Glasgow is well known for its curries, having won the Curry Capital of Britain more than any other city in the UK, but you'll find a number of cuisines in the Glasgow's restaurants, including Italian, Scottish, Russian and Mongolian.

Really enjoyed our night, the food was lovely and it is a lovely place with a good atmosphere

This was my second visit to The Anchor Line and I wasn't disappointed. The décor is beautiful and there is a warm and friendly atmosphere. The food, which was from the pre-theatre menu was lovely and the service was first class.

Went here on a Saturday night before a show at the Kings. Excellent location. Place was fully booked. Very attentive service. Good food choice for adults & kids alike. My prawn linguine was delicious, but the lasagne was a bit disappointing. All in all though a lovely time was had by all!
