  Very friendly but a bit haphazard service - Sunday Roast special was nice enough, and reasonably good value including a glass of wine

  The starters and fresh bread rolls were great but i was let down with the main course. There was no potato or veg with the chicken or the salmon dishes. The vegetable roulade was very bland. We weren't offered a choice of all the menus. The sunday-lunch menu looked a lot more value for money than the set-price menu we were given

  The food was absolutely amazing and such good value, although the menu was slightly limited within the offer.
