    Great food, nice and spicy!

Enjoyed a lovely (spicy!) meal here on Tuesday night with family. Service could have been a little better, a little more friendly. It wasn't that bust so the atmosphere was not as good as it might have been but it was midweek. Would definitely come back for the food though!

Popular Indian in Tollcross

This Brougham Place restaurant has long been a reliable stop for traditional Indian and Bangladeshi dishes in Tollcross. With large windows onto the street, it’s a light and airy space for a quick lunch or more leisurely dinner.

Traditional Indian dishes plus house specialities

The very experienced chefs at the Bombay Bicycle Club provide a wide range of authentic dishes. All the favourite curries are there from hot, sweet and sour pathias to mild kormas. There is an extensive tandoori selection and a tempting choice of saffron rice biryani dishes.

House speciality dishes include the exotica chicken, a karai chicken and the king prawn balti. As always, the choice of vegetarian dishes is fantastic. Speciality veggie options include the sabzi teekah pasanda – lightly spiced, mixed vegetable balls which are deep-fried with egg yolk and then cooked in a sauce flavoured with cream, nutmeg and ground almonds. All the dishes are freshly prepared and made with freshly ground spices.
