Excellent!
Me and my boyfriend loved this place! The food was excellent, the staff were great and the bar itself was spotless and lovely decorated. If i had to say something bad about it, it would be that it was rather cold, however it was December, and cold outside and probably couldn't be helped. So 10/10 for this place, loved it.

Festival
There was chicken wings missing from the platter and a topping missing from a pizza. The Irish waitress was lovely though and tried to help. It seemed like there was no communication between the kitchen and the staff. Apparently there was stuff due for delivery but we weren't told when ordering or when we got our food, it was only when we asked.

Lively Old Town traditional restaurant
Located on Cowgate in Edinburgh’s Old Town, Three Sisters is a trendy pub and restaurant serving traditional bar food. The informal, laid-back venue is part of the Central Hotel and just a few minutes from the famous Royal Mile. Wheelchair-accessible, Three Sisters often broadcasts sporting events on their big screen and has proven to be popular at weekends with stag and hen parties.
Upbeat atmosphere & hearty food
Three Sisters has a straightforward menu offering enough variety to suit different tastes with gourmet burgers, stone baked pizzas and sharing platters. Pizza choices include the ‘spicy Jock’ with haggis and green peppercorns; the ‘got my goat’ with goats cheese and rocket and ‘the full Monty’ with roasted tomato, sausage, bacon, haggis, mozzarella and finished with a fried egg.
The pub’s burger options feature the straightforward beef, chicken or vegetarian options, but also the ‘el bandito’ – a double grilled burger loaded up with chilli, jalapenos, melting mozzarella, sour cream & crispy onion rings. Pastas and salads are also available, as well as gluten-free and vegetarian options.

Three Sisters is on Cowgate in the Old Town and is within easy reach of Edinburgh city centre and the West End. Waverley train station is just under ten minutes on foot from the pub as are several bus stops. Some metered car parks can also be found close by.
