Good choice of starters and main courses. Delicious warm bread rolls for each diner as soon as order is taken - and an extra one given on request for the diner who selected the soup. Soup, pork terrine and haggis starters were all first class. Pork chop, salmon, and the beef pie were each substantial main courses, accompanied by a good helping of appropriate vegetables. The house white wine (part of the deal) was perhaps better than the red! Service was pleasant and attentive. Only criticism was the coffee, which was poor (the decaf was supplied in 'instant' packets with hot water). All in all a pleasant and inexpensive meal for four! Will definitely go back again.
