Training new staff maybe, but service was below par. It took 15-20 minutes from arriving (restaurant was empty) to getting a glass of wine. Starter even came to the table before wine. Waiter was just a little too familiar. Waitress very unsure and hesitant. Better training required before letting staff loose on customers. Food not quite as good as previously either; I prefer the sorbet to be a different flavour to the souffle; sauce on plates was slightly set, like it been on the hot plate too long. Slight dip in standards - careful please chef, I love this restaurant and want it to remain a favourite.
