Some of the dishes on offer include Chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham stuffed with mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and basil. Served on a butternut squash, green bean and toasted pine nut salad or Duck breast on bacon and rosemary braised cabbage with cranberry jus.
