The passion and attention to detail of patron and chef Brian Maule is clearly evident in the memorable cuisine created. Formerly Head Chef at the Michelin-starred London restaurant, Le Gavroche, menus are French inspired and Maule combines traditional French techniques and locally sourced Scottish produce to create his masterful cuisine.
