When I purchased the voucher I didn't realise the voucher could not be used on a Sunday. Thank you to Scott the duty manager at the Grosvenor Hotel he arranged for my friend and I to eat at 8 pm. Amazing customer service. The food was really delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. Beautiful surrounds too.

Bo’Vine is a steakhouse restaurant at the top of Byres Road in Glasgow’s leafy West End. The restaurant decor is fairly informal with cow hide wall covers, inviting leather seats and big Chesterfield sofas. With quality local produce such as 28 day aged, grass fed Scottish beef, meat is undoubtedly the star of Bo’Vine. Attention to detail doesn’t end at the menu, however, as the restaurant also boasts an extensive list of carefully selected wines to complement your meal.
Although beef may seem to take pride of place at Bo’Vine (well, maybe it does), there are vegetarian options too, along with a variety of dishes that make the most of other fine Scottish ingredients. Some examples include the Stornoway black pudding salad with poached egg and arran mustard dressing, the pan roast chicken with gratin potato, Toulouse sausage & white bean cassoulet, and the indulgent Bo’Vine beef burger on a brioche bun with smoked arran cheddar, red onion jam and triple cooked chips.
Steak lovers will enjoy perusing the choice of cuts and may find themselves tempted by ‘surf ‘n turf’ option to add Peri Peri tiger prawns to their order.
Bo’Vine is part of the Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor hotel in the West End and is a stone’s throw from the Botanic Gardens. Hillhead Subway station, bus stops and taxi ranks are all a short walk from the restaurant, with limited on street parking nearby.
